Stratus Cloud Technologies provides account management and security services, including the delivery of account security notifications such as verification and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes to the mobile number associated with your account.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive account security notifications from Stratus Cloud Technologies, including verification and 2FA codes, via SMS text message. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Program: Account security notifications (verification / 2FA codes).
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your account activity.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages after opting out.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 843.894.5000.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of the services, using the services for unlawful purposes, or providing false information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratus Cloud Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
